The LLC SHALL publish periodic public reports per ECIP-1114. These reports MUST align with the underlying hash-bound metadata to maintain auditability.
Required Publications
Donation Receipts
Records of all donations received by the LLC
Contractor Onboarding Logs
Compliance records to the extent legally permissible
Administrative Cost Summaries
Operational expenses and overhead tracking
Fiat Conversion Records

Canonical Execution Tuple
(ecfpId, recipient, amount, metadataCID, chainid)This tuple ensures integrity and replay protection, alignment between off-chain metadata and on-chain execution, auditability through matching hash-bound identifiers, and traceability to the original proposal metadata. The hashId is computed as keccak256(ecfpId, recipient, amount, metadataCID, chainid) per ECIP-1112.
Public Disclosures
DAO participants may, through standard governance, reassign LLC administrative roles or rotate signers via term-limited elections. The LLC's scope remains narrow, revocable, and strictly limited.
